The Weekly Unwind
Join a Weekly Unwind practice and carve out intentional space to help ease stress and tension—so you can head into the weekend feeling more embodied and relaxed. Each virtual practice is 45 minutes.
Fridays 11:15 AM CT
Weekly Unwind: Each practice includes a somatic body scan, breath awareness, somatic movements and gentle yoga postures to consciously connect to the body and release muscular tension. The last 5-10 minutes of the practice will be dedicated to relaxation or meditation —including guidance for those new to meditation. Meditation is a practice designed to rest the mind and supports clarity, inward focus, and ease.
Final Fall Series
Our Fall series runs September 5 - November 21. Please note there will be no yoga on: September 12, September 19, October 17, and October 24.
