Join a Morning Practice
Take time to fill your own cup and welcome the rising sun with an early morning practice on Tuesday mornings. These practices are designed to help you begin your day feeling more embodied, grounded, and centered. Each virtual practice is 45 minutes and you are welcome to have your camera on or off (based on your preference).
Summer Series
Our summer series will explore practices to support the 5 Kosha layers of our being — our physical body, energy/breath, mind, inner wisdom, and joy. This series runs June 17 to August 26. Please note we will take July 29th off.
Tuesdays 6:15-7:00 AM CT
During the summer months, we will alternate each week between gentle yoga + meditation and a somatic slow flow practice.
Gentle Yoga + Meditation: This practice integrates somatic movement and therapeutic yoga postures to help release tension and nourish mind-body connection. The last 5-10 minutes of each practice will be dedicated to relaxation or meditation —including guidance for those new to meditation. Meditation is a practice designed to rest the mind and supports clarity, inward focus, and ease. Dates: June 17, July 1, July 15, August 5, and August 19.
Somatic Slow Flow: This practice begins with an earth-based somatic movement warm-up and then progresses to explore standing postures — including sun salutations and Hatha Yoga postures which are held for 3-5 breaths. The last few minutes of each practice will be dedicated to relaxation or meditation. Dates: June 24, July 8, July 22, August 12, and August 26.
“So grateful to be back on mat yesterday.
Work has been crazy for way too long, (and I need to fix that aspect of my life) and yesterday I just took the time I needed. So glad I did as the day was even more of a “s—t show” than usual, yet I was able to just calmy walk thru it, as if it all smelled like a field of lavender…
Thank you for this time! It makes a huge difference!”
