A holistic approach

Hello. I’m Amy Fogarty. I’m a lifelong learner, trauma-informed yoga therapist, ayurvedic yoga specialist, and registered nurse.

My work centers around supporting well-being, recovery, and healing.

I share from the perspective that we are all on our own unique journey and that I am a fellow traveler walking the path too.

When working with groups or individuals, I share tools and practices tailored to their specific needs or goals; whether that’s healing from trauma or an injury, easing stress or anxiety, walking a path of recovery, or just finding a bit more balance in daily life.

Morning Yoga
